Warranty
SHREDLY proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all their products. She Shreads will replace or reimburse any items with defects in materials or workmanship. Material refers to zippers, snaps, Velcro, elastic, and fabrics.  Workmanship refers to seams and construction. Damage due to wear and tear such as abrasion, rips, tears, or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under SHREDLY’S warranty policy. We recommend that you follow the care instructions on the garment tags for how to wash and care for your favourite SHREDLY item.

Contact us on info@sheshreds.co.za if you think you qualify for a warranty claim .

Please note, that all warranty items must be cleaned. Dirty garments will be sent out to a cleaning service at an additional charge.

Products & Sizing
SHREDLY is a fully imported US brand so their garments are made accordingly to US sizing which is slightly different to South African sizing. US sizing is slightly bigger than South African sizing so if you normally wear a size 8 shorts you will most likely be a US size 6. There is a sizing guide accompanying every SHREDLY product on sheshreds.co.za which refers to YOUR body not the US specifications/sizing so please look at it closely before ordering.

If you do order the incorrect size, then you are welcome to return the garment for a replacement. The returned product needs to still be brand new I.e. unworn and with all its tags still attached. Contact us on info@sheshreds.co.za soonest to process an exchange as our stock is limited and constantly changing.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from shreshreds.co.za then you may return it to our office for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that it meets the below criteria:

1. The item is brand new I.e. brand new, unworn with tags still attached.
2. it is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items that have been worn or do not include the original tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Contact us on info@sheshreds.co.za soonest to process an exchange as our stock is limited and constantly changing. Consequently, we can’t guarantee that we will have a suitable alternative replacement in stock. If we don’t have a suitable replacement in stock, then we will issue a refund in the form of an eft for the original item. All refunds will also be done via eft.

Shipping
Unless we are travelling out of the country looking for exciting mountain biking destinations and funky cycling gear. All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 – 5 business days. Shipping is an additional cost based on where you are located and will take an additional 2 -5 business days depending on where you are located with main urban areas being 2 business days. Once your order is confirmed we will contact you to confirm delivery timing.

Once your order leaves us, the courier is responsible for its delivery. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your family and neighbours. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact info@sheshreds.co.za and we’ll help however we can. We are though not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you are based in Cape Town and would prefer to collect your purchase, then you are welcome to contact us on info@sheshreds.co.za before you place your order and make payment to arrange collection.

You can purchase an eGift voucher for your friends and family. Please contact us on info@sheshreds.co.za to arrange.
